The community is approximately 1 hour from Jetty Park and Ft. Pierce Beach, and 2 hours from Ft. Myers and the Sanibel Island area. Numerous parks and a bike path encompass Lake Okeechobee, which is touted to have the best bass fishing in the country. Monthly rental December to April is $1200 per month, May to November is $1000 per month. All bookings begin at 2p the first day of the month and end at 11a the last day of the month. Trash, water, sewer, internet, propane for cooking, and electricity up to $100 per month included, but there is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for all bookings regardless of length of stay. Any electric over $100 will be billed monthly. Refundable deposit of $600 required for short term stays (30 days or less), $1000 for rentals over 30 days. Requires an application that must be approved by the Community HOA. Small dogs allowed with additional deposit. No Smoking deposit will be forfeited if residence has been smoked in.
