We provide a Refrigerator and Stove with Oven.
This lease will be for a minimum of one year, Subletting is not allowed unless approved in writing by Landlord.
Sorry we don't allow dogs. Cats are ok, if they are properly vaccinated and treated for fleas. There is an extra deposit for cats.
Tenant pays portion of Heat and its own electricity. Landlord provides WIFI, Hot and Cold Water and Trash Pickup. Tenant pays Town Sewer Fee (for its apartment) quarterly.
Tenant is responsible for Electricity and Portion of the Heat ( based on percent of baseboard). Landlord provides Hot & Cold Water, Trash Pickup and Free WIFI
