The complex is nestled away in a quiet area of Town with a few acres of property. The town library, post office, ice cream shop, and the gas station are a short walk from the complex. Shopping, restaurants, and pharmacies in Sayre is about a 30 minute drive. The apartments are in a locked in building for tenant safety. Office and maintenance staff are in the next town over in Spencer. Our maintenance staff is very quick with responding to repairs, and the office staff is happy to answer any questions, take any repair calls, or address any concerns you may have. This apartments complex is for persons who are 62 years old or older or disabled of any age. The rent is based on 30% of the gross income. The electric is not included in the rent. That is all paid by the tenant to NYSEG. Garbage, water, and sewer are included in the rent. The lease is for one year, but you can break your year lease as long as you give a 30 day notice by the first of the month in writing to our office. There is no smoking on the property. You must go out to the road to smoke. There is one parking space per unit. You are allowed one pet per household with a $300 pet deposit. We handle all maintenance and caring for the lawns and parking lot. The laundry rooms are in the building and are coin operated.
