As you enter through the front French doors, you are greeted by a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen, and living space. The kitchen provides full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and more. In the living room, the couch and side chairs create a cozy gathering space for camaraderie and conversation. Play board games, share memories, or watch your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV. Step out the French doors to bistro seating on your semi-private deck. Newly added central AC keeps you cool through the steamy summer days. There is also a washer and dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Odysea offers excellent parking with two private, secured garages, providing shady protected parking. Parking is available for up to four cars, with two cars in secured private garages and two cars in front of the unit's garage doors. For family friendly homes, a luxury pack-n-play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, as availability permits. This condo provides excellent proximity to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a mere 2-minute walk, and 2 minutes more to the expansive sands of Hampton Beach. High-speed Wi-Fi is suitable for work as well as play. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, and these are cause for eviction with no refund. The minimum age for guests booking is 25.
