**This is a fully furnished casita, specific for traveling healthcare providers looking for 2-6 month furnished houses.** Casa de Vida is a fully fenced in guesthouse with a large private patio, and private parking. This 1 bedroom has a pony wall separating the living room and bedroom. This helps with air circulation as there's a wall A/C and Heat in the living room and a window A/C in the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, a twin pullout trundle bed for children, remote workspace, chair, and open closet. The kitchen includes induction cooktop, refrigerator, toasting oven, and microwave. It does not include an oven nor a garbage disposal. The living room comes with a TV, couch, ottoman, and small dining table and chairs. Monthly housekeeping, monthly landscaping and pest control are included. This property is a private guest house sharing the property with another house. Both houses have separate entrances, parking, patios and separate appliances. Lease duration is between 2-6 months. We will not accept leases over 6 months. The primary use of this casita is for traveling healthcare providers. Pets allowed. Rent is $1500 per month. Security Deposit is $500 refundable. Moving out cleaning fee is $200 non-refundable.
