The spacious living area is filled with natural light from oversize windows and enhanced by a Sonos sound system. The apartment also includes a single rollaway bed for an additional guest, with a Pack and Play available upon request. Enjoy high-quality coffee and tea, earplugs and an eye mask for restful sleep, and a fully equipped kitchen with top brands.
Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. The building also offers exceptional amenities, including a sundeck with an outdoor pool, private cabanas, and outdoor grilling stations with panoramic views of the Chicago skyline, a social club with gaming center, large island and bar seating, a 2,600 square foot health club with Matrix cardio and strength training equipment with individual TV screens, a motion studio and yoga room with Fitness On Demand, men's and women's meditation lounges, an extensive green roof and a spacious private terrace with bocce ball courts, fire pits and grilling stations, and a party room and entertainment lounge kitchen. The availability of some of these amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors.
