The kitchen and bathrooms are functional, but are in need of upgrading (sinks and cabinets, the bath/shower area in the hallway) for sometime in the future. The unit was clean, but the paint in the smaller bedroom needs to change as well as the sliding wood doors to the closet to make it feel more clean and open. It's 1970s coloring, so it feels smaller and more drab than it should. The laundry machines look fantastic, the kitchen appliances look fantastic, and the master bedroom is the highlight of the unit. It's a shame that there isn't a dedicated garage space; that would make up for the interior aesthetic issues.
