A convenient half bath completes the main level. Upstairs, the spacious master suite awaits with a king-size bed, generous closet space, a large dresser, and another Smart TV. The en suite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination with a glass door, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Throughout the home, you'll find hardwood floors, classic shutters, and shiplap ceilings that give the space timeless Charleston character. Outside, Unit B enjoys its own private patio with a loveseat and bistro table- a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Parking for one car is available in the lot. With its unbeatable South of Broad location yet set back from the street for extra peace and quiet, Toad Hall truly offers the best of Charleston living. Please note that there is some construction taking place at the house at the front of the driveway, and while every effort is made to minimize disruption, no refunds will be issued due to any inconvenience associated with this work. - Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $250 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
