    This 2 bed 1 bath apartment is in the lower section of the 4 plex. You have large windows for lots of light. This unit has just been remodeled with all new bath, new kitchen cabinets and bath cabinets, mostly all new paint. There is a central air unit and there is 1 covered parking stall with more parking available. There is a storage closet just outside your front door. This unit is close to Trax. The neighbors are nice are quiet. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed. No pets allowed. The rent is $1400 a month and $1400 for a security deposit. Tenants are to put the gas and lights in their name. There is a $50 a month for water, garbage, sewer & lawn care. $120 of the deposit is non-refundable for Administration fees. There is a $85.00 Leasing initiation fee. Everyone 18 and older must fill out a separate application. The application fee is $40 per adult. There is a 1 year lease required with the option for another year if both parties agree. We do not discriminate against anyone based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap or familial status. The Tenants are advised to request a Rental Price Disclosure of Good Faith Estimate to review all havens and associated with the lease.
