Upon entering, you will find the living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, and 2 couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offer plenty of seating options. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need to settle in and feel "at home." Bedrooms one and two both have queen-sized beds, and bedroom three has two full beds. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the inside of our home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck.
Guests will park in the driveway, accommodating up to 4 cars. This is a pet-friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
Less than 2 miles from the downtown Clarksville city center, this home is conveniently located near major grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, all within a few miles radius. Enjoy nearby downtown favorites like Strawberry Ale Works and the McGregor Park RiverWalk, all within 3 miles.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
