The space
Two bedrooms with queen beds, each of which offering blackout curtains. Ample closet space. Dressers. This apartment features artwork in every room. The living room is well lit by skylights. The kitchen also features a skylight along with a bright set of pots and pans to go with the basic appliances of stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
There are three window air conditioners in the apartment to keep it cool in the summer. But if the tenant prefers, they can be removed and a very nice breeze flows throughout the apartment (only unbearable on consecutive 90+ degree days).
The apartment features a beautiful backyard is shared with all tenants of the building. Basement laundry is shared with all six tenants in the building.
There is a small locked storage space in the basement. Parking is on-street with a Cambridge parking permit.
Again, apartment is on the third floor. This is on the top floor (hence skylights). Stairs only--there is no elevator.
