Utilities are included Thanks all! :) We are very flexible on the lease as we are moreso looking for the right person. We could do a year, maybe more and maybe less depending on the situation. We just want to find the right person. There is a pet deposit that will be discussed upon further conversation. Utilities are included in the overall rent.
