Our 2 bedroom apartment has bay, mountain, and views of San Francisco, and only 10 minutes away from SFO and the city. The apartment has two queen beds (one in each bedroom). The listing is available for 30 days or longer stays only. Suitable for 1-2 people. Our recent eco-friendly remodel reflects our commitment to health and sustainability. We've chosen cork and tile flooring, using environmentally conscious materials sourced from Ecohome Improvement, a highly regarded store in Berkeley. We also take pride in offering an allergen-free environment, featuring a mattress made of organic cotton to ensure your comfort and well-being. Your private apartment is located on the lower level of our home, offering a cozy and inviting space. The kitchen is well-equipped for light cooking, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, induction cookplate, and microwave. The bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a flat-panel TV with Roku channels for your entertainment. High-speed internet is available, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. To maintain a safe, allergen-free environment for all our guests, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets that may trigger allergies. Additionally, smoking and the use of any substances, including marijuana and cigarettes, are strictly prohibited to prioritize the health and safety of everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our serene nature retreat in Brisbane, where comfort, tranquility, and convenience come together for an unforgettable stay. Lease term is 5 months for this fully furnished in law apartment, with all utilities included in the rent (PGE, water, sewer, trash, and internet). The lease may be extended beyond the initial term, to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to the end of the lease.
