Property
The condo needed some fresh paint and carpet cleaned or upgraded. The landlord said he would do it but charge me $1350 instead of $1250 (as it was listed) I asked if he would consider $1300 and he passed on my offer. Now the home is listed even even higher so someone will be paying for those upgrades to a place that has not been well maintained.

Nice but not willing to Negotiate. Which tells me if something should break in the condo I'm not sure they're willing to fix up.
