This expansive 9-bedroom villa is designed for both comfort and fun, featuring air conditioning, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dryer. Downstairs, you'll find two king suites, one with ensuite bathroom and another master suite with private pool/patio access. Upstairs, themed rooms include a Mickey Mouse room with twin beds, a Jurassic World adventure with a jeep and bunk beds, and a Neverland escape with full beds. Enjoy the Star Wars game room, or unwind by the pool and spa.
The pool and spa access is complimentary, however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks. Ample parking is available directly in front of the villa.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Events are not allowed. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80F and 100F, depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. Smoking is not allowed. No parties or events are allowed.
