Each apartment is meticulously cleaned before tenancy begins. Note: We are looking for a sole applicant renter. Doubles will be considered if a qualified single cannot be found. (Please note: there is a $100/ mo. surcharge for double occupancy plus $35 for 2nd vehicle). Applicants who plan to be a sole occupant will receive primary consideration. PROPERTY TYPE: Apartment, corner location, 1/2 level up from main entrance. This is a smoke-free building with apartments designed for a maximum of 2 persons. There is a washer/dryer hook-up in the unit for an additional $25/ mo. surcharge. Additional 50 sq ft free storage space in attic area that is easily accessible. PET POLICY: Cats only. No dogs, aquarium pets, rodents, or birds. Pet policy is strictly enforced. Minimum one-year lease agreement. Pet (cat only) deposit req'd: $400 non-refundable at end of tenancy TENANT POLICY: No firearm storage or visiting pets allowed on the property. Maximum overnight stay for all guests is 14-days total per year. No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are required to submit a brief renter's profile and are carefully screened for community compatibility. (Profile will be emailed after initial contact is made). Note: Applicants must meet a minimum income and credit requirement, show proof of renter's insurance and have an established work and rental history to qualify for tenancy.
