Essential comforts include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a washer and dryer. A dedicated workspace is also available. Optional pool heat is available for an additional charge of $35 per day of usage, with a request required a week prior to check-in. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Guests are required to provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. The home is not baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
