All tenants have access to shared coin-operated laundry room March through December (cold temperatures in Jan/Feb sometimes interfere with washing machine) and use-at-your-own-risk bicycle storage in the garage. Easy walking to Kellogg Hubbard Library, local arthouse movie theater and beloved locally owned coffee-shops and restaurants.
