We have a recently renovated large 1-bedroom apartment (on the 2nd floor) that is available as of September 1st. The most renovations include the following: new kitchen cabinets with dishwasher, new interior doors and flooring throughout the apartment. The entire apartment will be professionally cleaned with all repairs and painting completed before the next tenant moves into the apartment. Included in the rent are the heat, hot water and off-street parking. Additionally, there are 2-coin operated washing machine and 2-coin operated clothes dryers in the basement of the building. There is off-street parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. This a very quiet multi-unit building, the existing tenants in the building are all working professionals. All tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained while ensuring the exterior of the building is tidy and the curb appeal is strong. A 12-month lease is required. The monthly cat fee is $50.00 per cat with a maximum of 2 cats.
