Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any breach of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine, in addition to cleaning expenses required to eliminate smoke odors from the property and/or linens. Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is four guests. Mobile check-in is available. A traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Unit design and style may vary, and unit floor level and floor plan may also vary. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. A refundable damage deposit of $300 will be charged upon your stay, which will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit. Be aware that responsibility for accidents, injuries, or the theft or damage of personal belongings that may occur on the premises, within its facilities, or in parking areas is not assumed.
