Apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The apartment is currently occupied by two tenants who are looking for a third roommate to fill the vacant bedroom. Prospective tenants will be required to sign a lease prior to taking occupancy of the unit. Listed rent price is the estimate share for the 3rd tenant. Full rent price is $2,500/month to be split amongst all tenants. Prospective tenants must meet the following minimum requirements of tenancy.
