This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. Just a short walk to the beach, you'll love the convenience of being close to the sand and surf.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island, perfect for preparing meals together. Fast internet keeps you connected, while the outdoor dining space is perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. Two of the bedrooms feature two queen beds each, while the third boasts a king-size bed in the master suite, complete with a spacious private bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the queen rooms, while the third bathroom is past the laundry room, providing easy access for everyone. Each room includes a smart TV for streaming.
Head downstairs to enjoy the charcoal grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter's closet located in the laundry room, and the garage. I won't be available in person during your stay, but feel free to reach out anytime via call or text. Maximum occupancy is 10 people and only registered guests are allowed at the house. Do not park under the house, park only on the driveway. Absolutely no smoking, no parties or events, and do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours and do not move any furniture during your stay. Grill downstairs on the patio area only and clean the grill after use. If you go to the beach, rinse sand off in the shower under the house and leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken, let me know as soon as possible. Please lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, swimming is at visitor's own risk. Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
