Off the living room, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which features two sets of bunk beds. At the back of the living room, there is a master suite with its own bathroom. You're free to use the whole house, the bottom patio, and the back yard. The luggage lift is available for groceries and luggage, but not for people. Paid parking is not mentioned.
