Please Note: This is a ground-floor studio in a multi-unit building, with residences located above and beside it. Some neighboring noise may occasionally be heard. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m., and parties are not permitted. SLEEPING & LIVING AREA The open studio layout includes a queen bed, full-size futon, flat-screen TV, and comfortable living space. Fast Wi-Fi provides a convenient setup for remote work, streaming, and everyday use. A selection of books and board games is also provided. A Pack 'n Play, high chair, toys, and children's games are available for households with a young child. BATHROOM & LAUNDRY The modern full bathroom features a large marble-tiled walk-in shower and a spacious vanity with ample counter and drawer space. A full-size washer and dryer are located between the studio and garage, with basic laundry supplies provided for your convenience throughout the rental period. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dedicated coffee and tea station. The kitchen island provides seating for three. A high chair and children's dinnerware are also available. PET-FRIENDLY Dogs are welcome at TC Studio! One dog with a maximum weight of 40 lbs. is permitted with the applicable pet fee and approval. Residents are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must follow all property and community pet rules throughout the lease term. PARKING One private garage space is included. The garage is best suited for a medium-size vehicle or smaller. Those bringing a larger vehicle should plan to use an alternative parking option. Street parking may be available on Walnut Street, subject to posted restrictions. Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by Traverse City ordinance during certain winter months.
