Charming and adorably cozy 1-bedroom apartments that are in an excellent location that is a short walk to UVM, Champlain College and Church street. All of the tenants in the building are quiet, respectful, hard-working and wonderful people. You will have the greatest neighbors!!
All units have hardwood floors and come with one OFF-STREET, PERMITTED PARKING SPACE that is assigned to the unit. There is a coin-op laundry room in the basement. No smoking/vaping (of any kind) on the property. No pets. These are cozy units (read: small). Kitchens are efficient (read: tiny...or "easy to clean."). :-)

Unit 1: First floor. Small outside porch. Shower only (might be a little cramped for a 6 ft person). Beautiful exposed brick wall. Composite stone sink. Newly tiled shower. Butcher block counter top. New window shades.
Unit 3: Second floor. Lots of light. Shower only. Great light fixtures. Brand new windows.
Unit 4: Second floor. Full size tub. Kitchen in the middle of unit. New windows throughout unit.
Pros: Each of these units is incredibly charming and unique. The location is phenomenal. I hear that the landlord is pretty great (happy to provide references). ;-)
Cons: Animals are not allowed. Space is limited. You might struggle if you have a lot of stuff (or a big couch). There is no on-site storage except for bicycle storage.
