The Lost Coast and Shelter Cove (Pacific Ocean) are just 17 miles west. Wood stove for heat, on-demand hot water (propane), and don't worry about the air conditioning because the redwood cabin stays cool even on the hottest days of summer. Besides, there's a gorgeous "private" swimming hole steps away. On the grid with high-speed WiFi available through 101NetLink. Tenant pays for propane (cooking range & hot water) and there is a fixed $75 per month PG&E fee required to be added the rent each month.
