Looking for a Housemate Spacious 2BR/2BA Furnished Apartment in Waikiki. Available April 7. We're looking for someone to share our fully furnished apartment in Waikiki. The apartment is 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, plus office/ guest room. The space features new faux wood floors, individual A/C units in each bedroom, and a great kitchen with a gas stove, convection oven, dishwasher, disposal, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and reverse-osmosis water filter. The available bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment from our bedroom (white bedspread and green desk in the photos), separated by the living space and office/ guest room. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, and the lanai overlooks DeRussy Park. The Apartment Complex: Our building has a heated pool, hot tub, and grilling area. We're part of a two-building complex with shared amenities so if one is busy the other is often empty. The other building has a heated pool, hot tub, grills, and a sauna (open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM). No gym on site. The building itself is peaceful and quiet. That said, we are in the heart of Waikiki, so the surrounding neighborhood is lively and energetic. It's a great place to live if you enjoy being in the middle of it all, with beaches, shops, and restaurants just steps away. Guest parking is free for up to 6 hours. Monthly parking may be available to rent from other unit owners. If you don't drive, no worries there's a small market downstairs, an ABC Store on the corner, and Target and Waikiki Market are just a 5-minute walk away. About Us: We're in our late early 40s and moved here from the East Coast last year for the new Cirque du Soleil show, so we work evenings and weekends nearby. We're pescatarians who cook often, compost, recycle, and do regular Costco runs. On our off time, we bike, hike, climb, snorkel, and surf. We've got space for at least one more surfboard in the apartment it's about a 12-minute walk to Canoes surf break. We're hoping to find a roommate who is respectful and engaging. Rent is $2100/month, which includes all utilities and internet. Minimum stay is 3 months. Sorry, no pets. If this sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you! Just to note: The photo with the grey sectional couch is the newest of the living space. We recently upgraded the previous couches with this new sectional, (but the other photos show more of the space), so decided to leave them up! No smoking or pets, please.
