The Ark-409 Rehoboth Ave #17, is a cute and cozy cottage-style renovated unit that offers comfort and convenience. This two-level split, 1-bedroom unit is one of the best and largest 1 bedrooms in the building. It boasts a sunny and bright atmosphere with a front balcony providing views of Rehoboth. Forget about fighting traffic or searching for parking - your stay includes parking for one car and a city sticker for non-metered streets. Parking Meters enforced every year May 15th - Sept 15th. We supply 1 parking space for on property. You never have to get in the car again once you have arrived and parked. There are bike racks as well in the rear of the building and throughout the city. Several trail brochures are available at the bike stores or online. Uber or Lift is available. Located just a few blocks 5 blocks, you can easily walk to the Beach, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and all of downtown. This is a "intown location"Just a 1 block stroll in either direction to grab your morning coffee or breakfast at, Egg, Rise Up, or many nearby spots. A little further (2 blocks) is Sunny Bay Cafe (great for breakfast as well). We enjoy all of them. There are more further into the city or in opposite directions. The famous Boardwalk Hotel has great outdoor seating along the boardwalk. (Reservations highly suggested for evening restaurants). Other restaurants along the boardwalk provide water views. Discover the cute little alley connections between streets. Grab a seat to sip a beverage, ice cream, dessert, and light fare. There is a city bus stop in front of the building that can take you to the famous tax-free Tanger Outlets along Rt 1 or Dewey Beach clubs, entertainment, nightlife, and more. For those seeking a longer short-term rental of 2+ weeks, several months, or custom dates we offer availability during the off-season, shoulder seasons, and post-season. Please note that smoking, vaping, pets, group shares, and subleasing are not permitted. Guests will bring their sheets and towels for a queen bed. Alternatively, you can order them locally from Sheets at the Beach. Starter paper supplies available. Upon departure, we ask guests to remove trash, return furniture and display items to their original positions, load the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and run it before leaving.
