The Bayview Apartments was built in 1909, originally called Ingleside Apartments, and was the "first large apartment built in Tacoma" according to the Tacoma Daily Ledger in 1931. In 2011 the Bayview Apartments was recorded as a historical building on the National Register of Historic Places. At the Bayview Apartments, we have 55 units that range from studios, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The classic building offers a breath-taking courtyard with the original fountain and courtyard, elevator and on-site laundry facilities.
