Features include: Smart TV / streaming access Comfortable seating for groups (sofa also doubles as a queen bed) Dining space for 6 guests Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Other things to note Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner's homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
