Braeside Apartments - Unclaimed

Clintonville, Marcellus Falls, Martisco, Shepard Settlement and Rockwell Springs sit in the rolling countryside southwest of Syracuse, with village streets, farms and wooded stretches shaping the landscape. The area has a four-season climate, with snowy winters and warm summers. Marcellus Falls reflects the local connection to Skaneateles Creek and the village’s milling history; nearby Nine Mile Creek and the surrounding countryside offer scenic outdoor routes. Village parks provide green space and playgrounds, while the Marcellus Free Library offers another community gathering place. Dining and coffee options are centered around the village, alongside practical local shops; broader shopping and nightlife are limited compared with Syracuse. Historic buildings and community events add local character, and regional roads are the main way to get around, with driving useful for reaching nearby towns and services.
