Overnight guests are permitted on a limited basis. Extended stays or frequent visitors may require prior approval to ensure proper occupancy and utility usage.
Insurance & Screenings-
Renters insurance is required. All applicants are subject to standard background and credit screening in accordance with Texas law. Standard security deposit required. Lease terms and details provided prior to signing.
We are more than open to negotiations as far as income and credit score are considered, we do not believe one size fits all.
This home is available for stays of 30+ days. Utilities are covered by the owner. We are a smoke free, pet free home.
