This is like country living in the middle of the city. We are offering a spacious 1,100 square foot two-bedroom apartment which has been updated. It has a massive 27' x 21' living room. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, ceramic tile floors and a dishwasher. We've continued the ceramic tile through the hallway & to the bathroom. Each bedroom has a large closet and there is plenty of storage space thoughout the apartment. There is also a car port which you can fit two midsize cars into, but it's a little tight. The apartment is located right off Shawnee Mission Parkway. It's a main-level apartment with two exit doors and both of them are walk out porches and one has just been rebuilt (see pics). The landlord pays: Gas, Electric, Water & Trash. The tenant takes care of snow removal and the landlord covers the mowing. There is a washer & dryer on site for all tenants.
