Carrollton Manor - Unclaimed

Zilwaukee and Kochville sit north of central Saginaw along the Saginaw River, with the river, wetlands and broad stretches of flat Mid-Michigan landscape shaping the setting. Summers are warm and humid, while winters bring cold temperatures and snow. Zilwaukee is known for the high Zilwaukee Bridge, a prominent crossing of the river and a local landmark. Outdoor options include riverside scenery and nearby regional trails; facilities and access points vary by location. Dining and everyday shopping are concentrated along major roads, with additional choices in neighboring Saginaw. The area has a more spread-out feel than a traditional downtown, so a car is useful for errands and reaching restaurants, parks and cultural attractions. Seasonal changes bring distinct outdoor conditions, from leafy summer river views to winter landscapes.
