The space Seaglass Shores is a newly renovated, fully-stocked 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the top floor of a 5 story complex in South Cocoa Beach. Step out of your door and it's 500 feet to a beautiful, wide beach. Perfectly located located just 1-1/2 mile south of downtown Cocoa Beach, 1-1/2 miles north Patrick SFB and conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral cruise terminals. The unit has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and designated parking for one car. Convenient elevator access for use. Beach essentials like chairs, umbrella and toys are provided. The space: The entire condo is yours to enjoy along with a private beach view balcony located off the main living space as well as off of the Primary suite. The beach is your backyard. Beach accessories and towels are provided. At over 1300 square feet you'll have plenty of room to stay and relax and unwind. Seaglass Shores is fully stocked with the essentials you will need on your stay in beautiful South Cocoa Beach. A few special touches to add enjoyment include: * a full laundry inside the condo * an outdoor shower * High Speed Wifi internet for telework * beach equipment for your use As you enter Seaglass Shores, you walk into a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area with new furniture to relax on. Kitchen and Dining Area: The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for wonderful meal times and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with an amazing views of both the ocean and Banana River from the kitchen The dining table seats 4 adults. Living Area: A spacious living area is anchored by a comfortable leather sofa and two reclining leather chairs. Relax and watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen or just take in the breath taking ocean views and watch the dolphins play. High speed Wi-Fi internet is provided. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds with highly-rated memory foam mattress. Large flat screen TVs are in each bedroom. Full closets and dressers are provided for your use along with plenty of hangers in each bedroom. Views of the ocean from the primary suite and Views of the Banana River from the secondary suite. Bathrooms: The primary bedroom has an attached en suite bath for added privacy. Both baths have a shower (no tub). Outdoor Balcony: Enjoy the ocean breezes while you relax on your private outdoor balcony just off the master bedroom and living room. You'll have cushioned rocking chairs to sit back and relax. Laundry Room: A full washer and dryer are located in the guest bedroom. The condo association also has laundry room by the recreation room and pool area. We also have beach equipment, including beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella. Pool Area: The condo offer a very large a spacious pool for your enjoyment with sun loungers. Pool towels are located in the hall closet for pool and beach use. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible! Guest access: Seaglass Shores is one of 25 units at this gated property. You will have one assigned parking spot with a few guest spots that are on a first come first served basis. Other things to note: The house is located just off S. Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach. Even though we are located on the 5th floor of the property, it is possible you will hear some road noise during your stay. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
