Come join our little community here in Beautiful Canyonville Oregon. We have singles units available now for $995.00 a month with a $995.00 deposit. We are pet friendly with a $300.00 per approved pet deposit. We also have a couple double units available at $1500.00 with a $1500.00 deposit if you have a family or are just needing more space. Each floor includes a community kitchen where you can cook mingle and get to know your neighbors. There is also activities/lounge room available on each floor. Some floors have pool tables, some offer projectors. it's really up to the tenants on these floors to decide how they would like to utilize these rooms collectively. In addition to this we offer free laundry for tenants, a huge room that can host activities or events. If you love to play the piano or would like to learn we have one in this room for you to enjoy, as well as a ping pong table, many puzzle and also books if you like to read. There is plenty of onsite parking available The property is large and sits at the edge a of a beautiful, wooded area if you enjoy taking nature walks or bird watching. Pets love it too! There are ample opportunities for gardening, and we also have a greenhouse onsite. All utilities are included. Our building is secured and open to the public from 7am to 5pm through the front entrance only. All tenants are provided with an exterior door key to access the building. We have many scheduled improvements and upgrades as we strive to become better and better. There is a $55.00 screening fee per adult due with the application.
