Studio location is in NW neighborhood of Woodley Park, just 1 block south of the National Zoo and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Washington, DC. The building has an elevator, laundry room, bike room, roof gym and pool (summer only). Bus stops in front of building take you downtown DC in 20-minutes or uptown to MD and two metros are short 10-minute walk away. PREFERENCE CRITERIA in considering applicants: excellent long-term history of employment, credit, residence stability, and positive references from previous landlords and employers. Will accept the applicant that best meets these criteria. International restaurants (Lebanese, Japanese, Indian, etc), grocery store, and fast food options (Chipotle) are walking distance just 2 blocks. Parking is available on the street, or sometimes available by renting a spot in the building's underground garage or in the back outdoor parking lot. No Pets. No smoking of any kind.
