    Located in The 'Historic' Haven Condominiums. Upscale living in downtown Winter Haven! Privately owned/rented/managed. End unit on 2nd floor, reachable by elevator or the grand staircase. Through the unit door is a small entryway where you can hang your bags and such. The hallway straight ahead leads you past a guest bath and a stackable washer/dryer closet to the master bedroom on the left and the guest bedroom at the end of the hall. The master bedroom and ensuite has sliding doors that lead to a private corner terrace that faces downtown Winter Haven and Lake Howard. Turning right after entering the unit takes you to an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Past the kitchen the unit opens to a dining/living room combo that allows you many options on set up. There is a second set of sliding doors to a balcony facing Lake Howard. Being an end unit, there are lots of windows and sliders to let in all the natural light you want. Guest bath has a walk in shower and the master has a tub/shower combo. One small cat or dog is allowed, information available upon request. Additional fees and deposits apply. The building is located near the heart of growing downtown Winter Haven and with a walking score of 79 out of 100, it means a short walk to many restaurants, shops, parks, public library and other services. Included is access to the large pool, one assigned parking spot and the comforting feeling of living in a safe and secure building. Your water and garbage service is included in the rent, a $100 plus value. The unit is subject to the homeowners association rules which will be provided upon showing. Once a lease has been executed, the tenant(s) will be required to meet with two HOA board members to go over the rules. There is a one time fee of $100 due to the HOA at the time of meeting. Also required by the HOA is a $100 refundable move in deposit returned after tenant has completed moving in pending no damages to the building. Per HOA rules, maximum occupancy for the unit is no more than 2 adults, one or two children under 18 but not to exceed a total of 3 people. Unit is currently occupied through July 31st but available for tours. Deposits are due upon signing the lease. Deposits include $1,500.00 security to unit owner, $500 security to the Haven Association and $100 move-in deposit. Water & Garbage included
