Lots of closet space! Utilities are billed back each month and typically range between $100-$400 depending on the weather season (covering power, water, trash, and sewer). We do ask for 3x the rent in income, as well as a background and credit check. We are pet flexible with a 2 pet limit and firm no dog barking policy, resulting in termination of lease.
