The condo has fresh paint, new furniture in the living room (Sleeper Sofa), dining room and lanai, new vinyl plank flooring, new lighting, 2 new ceiling fans, all 3 mattresses are new, and new linens and towels. The condo is located in the Island Sound II neighborhood of Pelican Sound (PS). We are in the 2nd building from the neighborhood pool and our building is the only one in PS that overlooks the Estero River, so you can watch boats, kayaks and wildlife including dolphins pass by from our elevated 3rd floor lanai view. The golf course has 27 hole designed by renowned architects Mike Hill and Chip Powell. There are 14 Pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and 5 Bocce courts. Leagues and drop-ins are available for all, or reserve a court. We have a designated covered parking stall and an elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The Island Sound pool, in-ground hot tub, and grilling station are just 100 yards away. The walk to the River Clubhouse is about 10 minutes, or drive and park there. The Golf Club House is also a 10 minute walk. The Tennis/Pickleball clubhouse is only a 2 minutes walk. The transfer of the amenities includes privileges for golf, tennis, pickleball, 2 restaurants, boat shuttle to Lover's Key beach, fitness center, use of kayaks, and boat launch.
