Restrictions
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable fee due for the 1st pet and $200 non-refundable fee due for the 2nd pet (max 2 pets). Pet rent is $25/mo. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds. Aggressive breed dogs and exotic pets are prohibited. We do not allow visiting pets. A pet application must be submitted to PetScreening.com which will include a current veterinarian report stating age, weight, & up to date vaccinations for each animal as well as a picture.
