Our communities are 100% smoke free for easy breathing. Our 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartment homes feature large, open floorplans with the most modern fixtures and efficient central air. Ceilings are all measured at 9 feet! Even the 1 bedroom has room for your dining room table! Each unit features carefree plank wood flooring in kitchen, living and bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted with a high quality, plush carpet. Each unit is fitted with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all appliances (even a washer and dryer!). Experience a Sunday morning, eating breakfast at your countertop breakfast bar! 2 & 3 Bedroom apartment homes have a special feature, a Solarium! Solariums are a bonus room off the living room that can be used as a relaxing or working space. Enough room to fit a desk, relaxing chairs OR BOTH! Can't wait for you to enjoy the view! Bedrooms are spacious enough to fit a King-sized bed with side tables. Each bedroom has a unique walk-in closet with abundant hanging and storage racks. Each bedroom is connected to a private or shared bathroom (depending on the bedroom in the unit). The 2 & 3 bedrooms have Master Suites. The Master Suite has a private, double sink vanity and spa soaking tub with a fresh, white tiled shower surround. Bathrooms in all units are outfitted with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, tall curved shower curtain bars and top of the line brushed nickel fixtures. We know youll want to enjoy these gorgeous Florida days! We invite you to be a regular in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is where we really sparkle and shine. Not only is this where our staff is located, but the clubhouse allows access to our communitys unbelievable amenities. As soon as you walk in, you feel instant peace and luxury. Youre celeb status with us! You will be greeted by Customer Service and Concierge staff. Through the lobby window, our beautiful hand-laid stone sun deck. You see the sparkling pool? Its warmed to the perfect temperature. Soon youll be relaxing on one of our many sun chairs, pillow included! While you relax, and soak up the sun by the pool, you are blissfully unaware that your stress is melting away with the sound of the built in pool fountain. Marden Ridge clubhouse also houses our summer kitchen and outdoor dining area, situated near our gorgeous outdoor fireplace. The grill, outdoor sink and counter prep space is all yours to create a culinary cuisine to feed you, your family and your guests. That's right, bring a friend! In the community is also a fenced in Tot Lot that features wild jungle gym to please any tot heart. Indoors in the clubhouse, there is no lack of amenities. If you are an Amazon Prime impulse buyer like the best of us, (I mean, how do you resist 2-day shipping?) our Package Concierge lockers are where you can pick up your deliveries, day or night. Long gone are the days of worrying about your packages being delivered to your door and being lost or stolen or not being home to sign. The shipping representative will place deliveries in our Package Concierge lockers, where you will be updated electronically of a delivery and only you will have access to collect your package at your convenience. Our residents can enjoy use of two tanning beds, one being a sunless spray tanning experience and the other is a conventional tanning salon bed. Our fitness facility is equipped with all the machines to get ripped! If cardio or weights are your thing, we have both! Cardio machines are supplied with your own screen to pass the time. When you arent up in the gym, workin on yo' fitness you can enjoy use of our community clubhouse space. The back of the clubhouse has a Theater Room with lush, plush couches and a large, flat screen TV. Hungry? Youre always welcome to stop in for a snack, on us!
