Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, bench, work desk & chair, ceiling fan, iron & table top ironing board, clothes drying rack and laundry basket. Kitchen: Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, floating shelve & custom cabinets, blender, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, rice maker, water filter, mugs/glasses/plates/bowls/pots/pans/cutlery and utensils (wine opener, can opener, pizza cutter, grater, etc). You have 2 seats at the island and a formal dinning table for 2. Bathroom: medicine cabinet for storage, mirror, strong & good shower head, & walk-in shower. Living room: Sofa-bed, lazy boy chair, TV, internet & cable TV, lamp, curtains, rug, ceiling fan (no AC in here). Lanai (patio): 2 chairs, mirror and roller shade. Guest access The entire private unit is yours to enjoy. The condo is located @Napili Ridge, you can walk (10 min or less) or drive (2 mins) to the nearby beaches of Napili and Kapalua Bay. Condo access: pool, bbq area, paid laundry and free assigned parking spot (#96). Street parking available also. No Sub leasing or Airbnb/VRBO House Rules: - No pets, no parties or events - Tenant will be charged one cleaning fee deposit at lease signing that is to be used on move out. The tenant will inspect the unit and sign off that the unit is clean and maintained in good working order at move in. Unit must be returned maintained and in good working order and broom sweep at move out. Professional cleaners will be called in and cleaning deposit used at move out. The electricity bill for the period of your stay will be in tenants name . - Use of the condo is limited to the guests named on the lease. - Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply. Check the section HOUSE RULES . - No smoking allowed in the unit (not even in the patio) and no smoking allowed in the condo. Napili Ridge is a non-smoking area. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, or if we get any complains from the office, additional fees will apply. Check the section HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. You are in a residential zone, please be respectful of others. If we get any complains from the office, additional fees will apply.
