The unit has a large living room (big enough for two sofas), a separate dining room, enclosed sunporch, two bedrooms, kitchen (includes REFRIDGERATOR and STOVE, but no dishwasher), and one bathroom. The unit has hardwood floors, CENTRAL HEAT & AIR, off-street parking, and a maintenance man on site.
The way the complex is built, the units do not share a common wall with any other unit! The complex has a very good group of tenants!
The unit is within walking distance to Overton Park and conveniently located to St. Judes; the medical district; the UT medical and dental schools; the University of Memphis; Rhodes College; and the Southern School of Optometry.
The unit is also within 5 minutes of two of Memphis's most popular entertainment districts: Overton Square and Cooper-Young. These entertainment districts offer live theater, a movie theater, and numerous eclectic restaurants and watering holes. There are two fine restaurants just across the street: The Indian Palace and Cafe Society! Grocery stores, drug stores, and a Home Depot are also only minutes away.
We have no application fee, parking fee, or hidden administrative fees.

PETS: We accept pets on approval. There is a one-time up-front pet charge and a monthly pet fee. These charges vary depending on the size and number of pets.
UTILITIES & Other Charges: Tenants pay for all utilities. Tenants are directly billed by Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) for garbage pickup, and the gas (furnace and stove) and the electricity (e.g., lights, air conditioning) used solely by Tenant's unit. For those utilities not billed directly to Tenant by MLGW (e.g., water, sewer, gas to heat the hot water, and common electric), Tenants pay to Landlord a flat monthly fee of $69. Tenants also pay a flat monthly fee of $22 for the use of the common area washers and dryers, and $10 for the periodically landlord supplied and installed furnace filters. The washers and dryers do not require additional coins to use and are for tenant use only.
