The condo features indoor and outdoor pools, kids pool, hot tubs, saunas, and a fitness room. Parking registration is required after reservation is made. The cost is $60 per pass if purchased prior to arrival, and $70 if purchased upon arrival. Perfectly located on the Alabama-Florida state line, Phoenix X sits next door to the legendary Flora-Bama and just across the street from The Yacht Club and Ole River Bar & Grill. You'll also be close to Dolphin cruises, fishing charters, championship golf courses, nature trails & hiking, Adventure Island, The Wharf Amphitheater, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony; any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, with the exception of ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Please note we don't provide beach towels.
