We offer both a 12-month and a 15-month lease option. After the initial lease is up, you will have an option to rent month to month. We offer laundry service, onsite management, and onsite maintenance. Cat friendly, up to 2 cats with a $300.00 pet deposit, and $0.00 for pet rent.
