Located 10min from UF- enjoy everything Gainesville has to offer or stay inside and enjoy the many entertainment options at the loft. Title-town awaits! Space: Unit is beautifully decorated and accommodations will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests as there is an extra queen sized sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress and bedding. Neighborhood overview: Unit is in a private condo community with a mix of students, professionals, families, and older residents who have lived there for decades. The community overall is very quiet and you should not have any issues during your stay. The community is nearby the mall, the highway and plenty of shopping, grocery or dining options. Tours will not be available as the unit is currently occupied - furniture, utilities and internet are included with rent (tenant will pay difference of utility bill over $150) -tenant will pay a 1 time cleaning fee of $150 -leases available for 1 - 18 months
