Spring Street Flats is an apartment community made up of two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments! Located in the heart of Avondale, residents enjoy walking to Avondale Brewing for concerts, taking pets to Avondale Park (located across the street), and dining in Downtown Avondale with choices such as Ferus, Post Office Pies, and The Goose. These apartments come with a stackable washer/dryer, a full suite of kitchen appliances, all vinyl flooring, fantastic interior lighting, off-street parking, and recess lighting in all rooms.
