We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes with no weight limit. A $500 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required per pet(one-time fee), along with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions do apply. No Weight Limit. Two pets maximum per home. Check in with our friendly leasing staff to learn more.
Additional details
Pets must be over 1 year of age. No aggressive breeds. Picture and vet records required. Visiting pets are not allowed. Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support pets. Pet owners are required to pick up their pets' feces, and failure to do so will be the basis for eviction. Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
