We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. No aggressive breeds. There is a non-refundable fee of $400 for the first pet, and $200 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Please note: If you have two pets, the fee for the second pet will be manually adjusted at move-in. Please contact the office for breed restrictions.
